A. Where to Go to Upgrade:

If you want to change your iCloud Plan, then go here: iCloud+ Plans and Pricing - Apple Support.

B. Use a Computer:

Perform this using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.

C. Location Restrictions:

Note that not all countries/regions offer the service of upgrading an iCloud Plan. I lt is a negotiation between Apple and the federal government.

D. Perform New iCloud Sessions:

If already purchased, then log out of iCloud on all of your devices, and then log back in. Perhaps it all needs to resync?

Download All of iCloud:
