On outer side of camera ring current is being flowing while charging with 20W Apple charger.
I tried at various port and even at different locations but still same.
Even tried with multiple charger.
Is this happening with everyone?

On top of it Apple support says it safe to get shock.
Apple engineering team confirms that it is ok to get shock and have deleted my case I’d from Apple support 10***

You should get a qualified electrician to inspect the building's electrical system.
