Video lag and un synchronized to soun

Hello everyone, I have been enjoying Apple TV+ for some time now on my IPhone, Mac and android tv projector.

my problem is on the XGimi projector. It was working fine, watched a few movies and several seasons with no problems but suddenly when playing video, the sound starts to soon and the video plays way to fast and lags.

It does it every time.

re installed the app, but didn’t help. Anyone having the same issue ? Maybe a recent app update ?

If you are having issues with the Apple TV app on your projector, these steps from If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app may resolve what's happening:

If the video quality is bad or it stops playing

1. If multiple people on your network are using the internet, your connection speed might slow down. Ask them to temporarily pause their internet activities.

2. If you're using a smart TV or streaming device, turn it off and back on again. If you're using an Apple device, restart it.

3. Tap or click the download button to try downloading the movie or TV show instead.*

* You can't download movies or TV shows to Apple TV, smart TVs, or streaming devices. You can download HDR content only to certain iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch models. You can't download 4K video content to any device.

If this continues to occur only on this device after looking over that, then the manufacturer of the projector would be the best equipped to look into this issue further. Contact them using this link: Support Center | XGIMI Customer Care

Hi Ben-z1, thank you for taking your time answering me. I will contact the manufacturer, but I have a hint that the app is the problem. Now I remember that it started after skipping an add for another tv show and the app stopped responding. It’s a shame tv programs produced by Apple are fantastic but the Tv apps (on my Mac and on the projector) have flaw’s.
