Syncing iPhone changes order of Playlists

On my iPhone, I like to order my playlists in the Apple Music app a certain way on the "Recently Added" section in the Library tab. Not just the songs IN the playlists, but the playlists themselves. Whenever I sync my iPhone with iTunes on Windows 11, all of my playlists as displayed on the Recently Added section are suddenly reorganized into a seemingly random order. This happens even if I am not adding any music to my library when syncing.

TL;DR: For some reason, syncing my iPhone reorders all of my playlists on the "Recently Added" section on my iPhone.

Any solutions?

Hello 5ngibb21,

To help us get a better understanding of the issue, we’d like to ask a few questions.

1. Does this happen every time you sync your device, or does it happen intermittently?

2. Do the playlists always reorganize into the same order, or does it vary?

3. Are you using this process to sync music to your iPhone? Sync iTunes content on PC with your devices

The above details will help us plan how to proceed.

Please also check out this link, which explains how to sort your music on your device, which may be helpful: View albums, playlists, and more in Music on iPhone

Sort your music

1. Tap Library, then tap Playlists, Albums, Songs, TV & Movies, or Music Videos.
2. Tap Sort, then choose a sorting method, such as title, artist, recently added, or recently played.

Thanks!
