App Store updates repeated for every laptop user

Actual Ventura 13.1, and I saw similar issue on previous major version. I have several user accounts on my laptop. When I update apps from my account, other user's App Store again show the same updates. Interestingly enough I see all those apps are installed to the same location in Applications folder. Even when I start "not updated" app from other user's account and check it version - it is actually up-to-date. How can I get rid of those repeated updates?

Are these different user accounts set up with the same Apple ID or separate Apple ID's...?

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.2 —I would start there.
