Contacts sync issues

Hi everybody, recently I have been having issues with the syncing of contacts between multiple i phones, a mac and an i pad. I am sure that they are all signed into the same i cloud and using the same apple ID. However, recently contacts are not properly syncing across my multiple apple devices. Additionally, there are weird fields, within quiet a large number of contact cards, that keep appearing; those fields appear something like this;

I tried deleting those extra fields manually on one device, hoping that it would sync all devices, and even I once tried amending one particular contact on all devices at the same time, and strangely enough those fields manage to come back on one or multiple devices.

Can anyone help with this please.

Thank you

iPhone 12, iOS 16

I have similar type of problem. Contacts as such sync, but the changed fields keep on popping up with different labels. For example I try to setup two addresses as 'work' and 'home' but later they might end up showing with generic label 'address' in all the other devices. Sometime changing other field one device can temporarily update all the 'address' fields with proper 'home' 'other' 'work' addresses in other device. It's like the contacts and the labels are completely broken or randomly changing across devices.
