Name will not change on iPhone 13 Pro

I have entered my name, via settings, but my phone shows up as

iPhone (83) everywhere else (i.e. Find My, HotSpot).

I have signed out of iCloud, reset network settings, turned my phone completely off, tried a different name (to see if it just didn’t like my name), but nothing has worked.

This is not my first iPhone, and I have never had this problem before on any of my other phones.

I’m open to suggestions, as I am out of ideas.
