We have a 13 pro. After being plugged in all night this morning, it is dead, and will not turn on. What should I do

My 13 Pro is dead this morning and the screen is blank. It will not turn on. What should I do? Thank you

Hello,

Verify that it is actually charged:

Check the charging port for lint or other debris (use a bright light and a toothpick).

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge

Then, follow the steps here (you may have to connect it to your computer as indicated):

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen
