Why does the command line for Ventura 13.2 not work for creating a bootable drive? Hear what I got. "sudo: /Applications/Install macOS Ventura.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia: command not found"

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.2

One thing that's certain to give you the "command not found" error is if you don't have the "Install macOS Ventura" app in the Applications folder.
