Where is system preferences on my Mac? I'm instructed to "On your Mac Go to System Preferences"

Thanks, I don't think there is a "System Preference" on the new OS Ventura 13.1. Apple need to clean up it's instructions.

Apple changed it to System Settings in OS13.

I use an older system but for me it has always been under the Apple icon at the top left corner. Click on the Apple and drag down.
