In Pages: global style for images, find change images or style

For small images (all the same) at the beginning of book chapters:

How can I search for them?

Can I style them, size them, globally?

MacBook, macOS 10.14

Pages does not allow one to search for images using its find/replace tool. There is no global styling for images, those features that Pages allows is done on an individual image basis.
