After the update I think the ios 16 I couldn’t see the islamic calendar on my lock screen I searched on google for some help but couldn’t find any so please tell me how to get the alternate calendars back

Try this:
Go to Settings -> tap Calendar. -> turn Off 'Alternative Calendars'.
Go to Settings again -> tap General -> scroll to Language & Region -> tap Region -> change your region to Saudi Arabia.
Go back to Settings -> tap Calendar -> enable the Islamic Calendar in Alternative Calendars.
Try this:
