2. Scroll to: Report spam or junk messages
3. As ti Reads: "Note: Reporting junk or spam doesn’t prevent the sender from sending messages, but you can block the number to stop receiving them."

Un-Reporting a Message/User as Junk:

You can't undo this. Once submitted, all has gone though as such. But, you will keep getting messages, as long as they are not black out.
