Apple ipad

My iPad keeps rotating whether the rotation is off or on. I don’t know what to do. Please help

Wondering which iPad model you are using, and which iPad OS is installed,

and also, if the rotation happens only in a particular app, or in multiplel apps


Seems the Rotation Lock button should be turned on

There are tips in Apple Support's article, both for recent, and older iPads:

Rotate the screen on your iPad - Apple Support


Else:

You might want to try restarting your iPad.

That will often restore order, if something is not working right.

Restart your iPad - Apple Support
