How do i upload my images and videos to the iCloud because my iPhone just keeps saying storage full

To enable iCloud Photos, go to Settings > Photos
You may also wish to optimize photos to free space on your device.
All pictures will still remain in both places.
You may need to free up space first as your device will need storage space to enable iCloud syncing.
