You can use the Apple iPhone 14 and the power cable that came with it with any USB-C power adapter. One commonly used is Apple's 20 watt. See: Buy 20W USB-C Power Adapter - Apple
You will need 18 watts or larger to fast charge. See: Fast charge your iPhone - Apple Support
If you still have both the power cable and the 5 watt power adapter from a previous phone, you can use that but it will not fast charge.
