Was there a question there? If you have a suitable backup and your device is playing up, or you've recently (since the last backup) deleted data that you now want to recover, then restore it from backup. There is generally a single rolling backup per device. If possible archive backups from time to time, and backup to both iCloud and your computer so you have options should a particular backup fail to restore.
