Ask to Buy turned off, still makes me request to get an app.

My age is set to 23, and my parent just turned off Ask to Buy. We both restarted our phones and made sure that it was turned off, but I still am forced to ask to get any free or priced app. On top of this, my father hasn’t received any notifications about when I ask to get an app. What should I do to fix this?

Troubleshooting No Ask to Buy Prompts:

A. Is this Content for School?

If so, getting a prompt of Ask to Buy does not apply.

  1. Go here: Approve what Kids Buy with Ask to Buy - Apple Support
  2. As it reads: "Ask to Buy doesn't apply to apps or content from school"
