How do I turn Focus off?

Apple installed this stupid Focus feature on my iPhone 13 Pro Max with a recent update. The feature was turned on automatically and there seems to be no way to turn it off. I’ve seen replies to questions here saying it doesn’t turn on its own; that you have to turn it on manually but that’s not true. I’ve also seen replies saying how to turn it off but that doesn’t work either. I am no longer able to use the alarm for the morning nor do I receive notifications for text messages in the evening. Is there any way I can delete this feature from my phone?
