My iPod is reading unavailable how do I fix this it’s locked

I have a iPod touch running iOS 14. It says iPod unavailable on the screen I could not do anything except for doing emergency calls. I tried connecting to iTunes, but it didnt work. It had a error. It said to enter in my iPod's password to use the device with iTunes. But.. My iPod was.. UNAVAILABLE!!!
