I chose the Trade in Option, Where i have to leave my old phone to be shipping? Do I have to pay for it? ... It's my first time, Thank you in advance

Trade in I’m in the process of trading in my old iPhone, I received my new one but did not receive a shipping label or new box to send my old iPhone back in. I’m not sure how I need to obtain that.

Apple will send you a shipping label, box and packing materials to return the phone. You will not have to pay for the shipping costs.
