Snapchat limit during screen time

I was modifying screen time on my child’s phone and “ignored limit”, now I can’t restrict this app. I’ve reset the passcode, turned off the phone, turned off screen time but it’s still accessible. 1) how can ignore limit be removed off of child’s phone? and 2) how can I restrict this app in the interim (before the downtime reset time)?

I have checked all areas and they are set up correctly. For what it’s worth, I’ve had this problem before only with Snapchat. Seems the restrictions always glitch with this app.
