How to turn off integrated call log which lets WhatsApp calls being appeared on call log?

WhatsApp call log showing in iPhone call log I am frustrated from this problem that the WhatsApp call logs are also showing in IPhone call logs that should be very major problem for some of the people’s using the iPhone. l request to Apple that solve this problem in next update.

There is no direct setting available on the iPhone to turn off integrated call history. I remember this feature being available during the early versions of iOS, however, it hasn’t been for quite some time.
