System Fonts - Ventura

Why can I delete all these fonts I dont want or use? So much clutter in an otherwise clean system.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.0

Unwanted fonts can't be removed but they can be deactivated. Control (right) - click on the fonts you don't want in the font list in each application and select Deactivate from the contextual menu:
