Iphone 14 Missing Add eSim and Add cellular plan options

I have got a new iPhone 14 and wanted to get a new eSIM. However, I found that there is no "Add Cellular Plan" option nor "add eSIM" option. I was trying to scan the eSIM code provided by carrier and failed to do so. That was when I discovered these options missing. As if this phone does not allow eSIM at all.
