Iphone 12 keeps restarting or hanging quite often (atleast 3-5 times a day)

Iphone 12 hangs and restarts automatically every now and then (minimum 5 times a day). Sometimes the iPhone gets automatically switched off and restarts while on a call which is causing so much inconvenience.

Recent software update made - IOS 16.2 and it shows upto date.
