My iPhone not allowing me to send pictures/videos

Hello there, I’ve been having trouble with my phone.I am not able to see any videos,pictures or play iMessage games on my phone anymore.The pictures/videos won’t even load.I’m not able to send pictures/videos either even when im on wifi which is usually all the time.I originally thought it was bc I didn’t have any iCloud storage so I bought more storage and Im still not able too.Do you know why this may be?
