Apple fault card banned My card is banned because an app incorrectly charged my credit card and I called both the maker of the app and Apple on it. Apply claims my credit card company paid something, but they did not. I will not get a new card for this purpose but need to remove the alert on my iPhone to update my Payment information. I submitted a request and justification to Apple but have been ghosted by Apple (no response).

I had to dispute this with the bank. We had automatic payment setup agreement monthly. They paid the whole credit card bill. I was promised a 10 business day refund and now fighting it. I can’t reach my payments online because my accounts were compromised.
