What was your problem? Similar as mine?

I have Iphone 11 pro max and since two months I have a problem with sound from ringtone in incoming calls.

When someone calls, the phone screen shows the phone call, but there is no sound.

It started happening twice a day.

The phone is updated to the latest version ios 16.2.

I tried different methods-soft reset,hard reset,reset all setting,do not disturd focus mode off and another methods from internet.
