Help Please on External Hard Drive Settings after upgrading to Ventura IOS

I have an iMac and have a Seagate Backup Plus Hub for Mac 8TB that I have partitioned in three partitions and one partition is used as my Time Machine backups. After I updated my IOS to Ventura I started having issues with my Hard Drive, especially the Backup Partition. It wouldn't mount, It wouldn't backup and I could not copy any of the backup's from it. It also changed it to Read Only and added different permissions to the drive. I Bought a new hard drive and formatted it and set it up to be my backup so I could back up my Mac so I could attempt to Erase and restore the drive. This I did and had to change the drive Permissions to Admin and Me with read/write privileges. But if I check the complete drive Top layer all three drives partitions showed up but it says S.M.A.R.T status Not supported. I don't know what that means and should I just erase the complete drive and redo the format and partitions?

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 13.1
