Working fine then everything went offline

I have had nanoleaf lightbulbs and homepods and apple tvs since Christmas. In total, I have 6 Homepod Minis, and 13 Nanoleaf lightbulbs. Everything has been working fine, stereo pairs, etc. But recently everything came up as "not responding" I was able to get the lightbulbs back online but now my homepod minis are saying they can't connect to the apple tv and I receive some error about my network not allowing it. I have XFinity as my ISP and increased our speed to the max. Could this have something to do with it?

Hey TNTMomma,

We'd recommend reviewing the information in this article as it provides steps to troubleshoot issues with HomePod: If HomePod mini or HomePod isn't responding

"Restart HomePod mini or HomePod

  1. Open the Home app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac that's signed in with the Apple ID that you used to set up HomePod.
  2. Tap or click HomePod.
  3. Tap or click the Settings icon , scroll down, then tap or click Restart HomePod.

If HomePod still doesn't respond, reset it.
