Changing default after changing phone number

I have gone in to every possible setting and ensured that my old phone number has been replaced with my new phone number; however, whenever I use the tool to fill in my information, the old phone number continues to fill, and I have to manually update it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to an area that I might have missed or what else might be taking place?

If you mean in forms while using Safari, go into Safari, Settings, Autofill. Check if you have the 'Autofill web forms: Using information from my contacts' enabled. If you do, then check the phone number you have in the contact entry for yourself.
