Macbook assigned to another appleID

Hello,

could anyone tell me what to do?

In our organisation we have one laptop which is assigned to our mdm. Previously one of our employee use his private appleID on this computer. He removed this computer from his appleID and confirm that is no longer assigned to him. But after that when I enter recovery on this laptop I still got message that this computer is still assigned to previous user.

What should I do?

Did you also erase the Mac after the Activation Lock has been removed over the web?

If you can't use Erase All Content and Settings

Erase All Content and Settings is available only in macOS Monterey or later, and only on a Mac with Apple silicon or a Mac with the Apple T2 Security Chip. If this feature isn't available or doesn't work on your Mac:

If the MacBook has been encrypted, this makes things a bit more difficult to solve without the help of the official Apple Support.

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Visiting an Appel Store or an Authorized Apple Service Provider might help to know exactly what documents and/or procedures you need, to be able to use the MacBook again.

Unfortunately I cannot do that because, we were not able to login to system. Password didn't work (local account was blocked) and I don't have recovery key (laptop was encrypted) to change password.

I wondering if Activation Lock for Mac - Apple Support this will help? If user remove on his appleID activation lock, after removing assigning this laptop, it will help, or we have to start this procedure https://al-support.apple.com/#/kbase?
