macOS Update

hello everyone, I have recently updated my M1 MacBook Air to macOS Ventura, but afterthat, I erased the disc to solve some issues, and I have performed the clean install of the macOS from the recovery OS, and the strange thing is that, it doesn't install the macOS Ventura, it goes back to the latest macOS Monterey, and the question is, how to make the recovery last to install macOS Ventura directly, I hope I was clear in explanation, thanks in advance
