the voice menu app doesn't appear on my desktop, nor in the Apps folder, not in new apps, and not in my System > iCloud > Acct details or iCloud Drive options and not ion the iCloud acct online...it used to be in iTunes...but I only have old ones there.
I see NOTHING on my desktop anywhere.
