Cellular issue iPhone 7

My iPhone 7 says cellular issue and won’t update to latest version. I have Xfinity service

iPhone 7, iOS 15

Interesting. I do have that middle but didn’t it say after 4 years service was no longer supported.

i was finally able to get phone to update to 15.7.2. Hope that helps. Will see. Not sure about my service provider being much help. We are out of state and 5+ hours away from store. I will have to wait until I get home to further resolve should I need to

80% maximum capacity is not healthy and is to be expected in an older model such as iPhone 7. That original battery is likely to be the cause of your cellular issue – as the weak battery cannot supply sufficient power to the antenna to connect with cell tower signals. Have the aging battery replaced and all will (probably) be well:
