Font Variations Not Appearing in Preview

What is the procedure for accessing the variations of a font in Preview? For example, in Font Book, there are ten variations of Myriad Pro installed

In Preview, only Myriad Pro is selectable directly.

I guess maybe one of the Bold or Italic variations can be reached using the B and I buttons on the font control, but there is no apparent way of using condensed Myriad Pro.

Is there a procedure for using Myriad Pro Condensed?
