bsnl sim not working in my iphone 13 i had try many ways by changing apn but its not working
what should i do

If bnsl cellular carrier is among this list:--> iPhone - Supported 5G and LTE networks - Apple, contact them and explain your problem. They should be able to help you (unless your iPhone is locked to a different/previous carrier. In this case, only that different/previous carrier can unlock your device, if you're eligible.
