Junk emails

I get a hundred spam

emails a day!!! How do I stop this???

See the article and exact check marks should be done , click on reset icon Change Junk Mail settings in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

Restore the default criteria for identifying junk mail. 

Use this option only if Mail no longer handles junk mail as you expect. Resetting the filter deletes everything that Mail has learned from you about junk mail.

Avoiding Spam:


Enable Restrictions (on the eMail Provider's Site):

Logging into your eMail provider's site, see if you have the option to only allow eMails for Contacts. As an example, go here for gmail: Allow eMails only with Authorized Addresses or Domains - Apple Support. You might not get certain eMails, so add them to your Contacts list, and add domains to a Safe List.
