Screentime Behaving Badly

OK so I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

I am setting up Screen Time for my daughters devices (iPhone and iPad both running 16.2) via my device (iPhone running 16.2). When I add an app limit (Roblox for 1 minute) it works. When I set down time, everything shuts down fine - except - if the app is TikTok. Tiktok will not shut down. Setting app limits (block at limit) or downtime will NOT disable TikTok.

TikTok IS NOT on the "Always Allow" list.

I have also, as per instructions on the inter webs, disabled my daughters ability to change the time to override screen time.

Here's where things get interesting. If I disable screen time from my device, and set it up manually from her device directly, TikTok follows the rules and gets blocked at the end of the app limit, and is part of downtime blocks. But two issues arise!

Issue 1: She cannot send me a request for more time - you have to enter passcode on the device only

Issue 2: Even following the instructions on the webs to stop the changing time hack (disable location changes) - you can still change the time by deactivating set time automatically.

I have signed out and signed back into iCloud account on devices each time I have played around with changes, including rebooting device each time.

I am at a loss as to what's going on.

Screen time on 16.x has been very buggy with the policies. Lots of posts complaining about inconsistencies and disappearing downtime settings. Hopefully they clean this up soon. Might just have to wait and see.
