Print to PDF loses the file name?

Has anyone else experienced losing the file name when printing to PDF utilizing the built-in MacOS feature? It has worked fine for years until I upgraded to Ventura. Now every time I print to PDF it loses the original document name and auto populates with "untitled" in the file name input field. Please help as I print an enormous amount of documents to PDF and typing or re-entering the name takes an extra step and time that decreases productivity. Thanks in advance!

It happens with all my software applications (Word, Excel, Safari, Edge, Etc...). I have a co-worker that has the exact same issue when they upgraded. It appears to be systemic on both of our machines.
