Upgrade Mac OS Catalina from 10.15.7 to Mac OS 11.?

I have an iMac 21.5 inch late 2013. Can I upgrade it to OS Ventura or how high can I go. I have OS Catalina, but my microsoft is requesting OS 11. Wonder if this should be compatible to my iMac?

That iMac model can't be upgraded past Catalina. If you're referring to Microsoft Office, try a product such as LibreOffice instead.
