The cable which came with your phone did come with a USB Cable. You just may not be used to it. It's USB C, which the world is fast moving over too. If you have a previous iPhone, you can use that charger. If you have USB C input into your computer, you can plug the new cable into your computer. If you don't have a USB C charging plug and you want to use the new cable, which is fast charge capable, buy yourself a 20W USB Charging plug. You can buy one from Apple for about $19. You can buy one on Amazon, Staples, BestBuy. One such plug which is highly regarded is the Anker Nano 20W USB C plug, which BestBuy and Amazon both sell for about $16.

Yes, it does. It would be a USB-C to Lightning cable. As such, you would need either a USB-C-to-USB-A adapter or a USB-C power adapter.

What you get with an iPhone is clearly stated on the online Apple Store.
