Does anybody know what is the cause of green screen on my watch and how can I fix it? Even if I restart it, the green screen still appears. Unfortunately warranty period expired half a year ago...

Is everything always like that? What happens if you go to Accessibility and choose gray scale?
I hate to say, but it looks to me to not be software, but a real hardware problem. If nothing changes, you should go here and see what it will cost:
