Maps work address not appearing on Maps in macOS 13.1 Ventura

You mentioned that you can add the address as a favorite, but it doesn't appear in Maps. If you use the alternate way to make an existing favorite location a work address, does it appear as expected then? That information will help us proceed.

You can also make an existing favorite location your home, work, or school address. Click the Info button , select the type, then click Update.

Since Maps gathers its information for your home and work locations from Contacts, we suggest taking a closer look there.

Follow these steps:

1. Click "Add" under "Home" in Favorites.
2. Click the window that opens to "Open My Contact Card".
3. Confirm the information for addresses is correct. If there are no addresses listed, go ahead and add them again.
4. When complete, click "Done" in the upper right corner.

These steps will confirm that the information is entered into the contact card that Maps is using as a reference.

There should now be entries under those Favorites.
