Apple ID not working

my MacBook is saying my apple id password is wrong when it's not

If you're really certain that the password you entered is correct, follow these steps:


First: check in system preferences/settings> your name if you see any devices linked to your account that you don't know.

After that, follow these steps If you think your Apple ID has been compromised – Apple Support (UK)
