Did you just change your operating system? When you do this can happen and sometimes printers will stop working. Normally, the solutions to install a newer OS compatible Cannon software for your scanner.

The following models in the Canon MG3600 series are listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support. Is your printer one of these models? Are you using the driverless AirPrint technology for printing?

For scanning, it should be possible to use Apple's Image Capture (but a driver may be needed). Just as an example, the MG3650 has an ICA driver for macOS 12 Monterey (but not, for some reason, macOS 13 Ventura):
(a CUPS printer driver is available for macOS 13 Ventura).
If necessary, if nothing else works, a paid third-party driver called VueScan could perhaps be of interest:
