Safari Reading list doesn’t sync between iOS devices

I’ve had this problem for a long time.

i have an iPhone and iPad but syncing of reading list etc doesn’t work.

iCloud is working and set to sync safari (and everything else) on both devices

I have found several people with same issue but no solutions.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

First, ensure that iCloud Safari is enabled on all your devices:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > [Apps Using iCloud] Show All > Safari - set to ON

If your reading is not synchronising to specific devices, you’ll need to delete an item from your Safari cache:

Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data…

Using the Search field at top-right of the window, enter “cdn-apple.com”. When the entry is shown, touch - and slide to the left to expose the Delete button; tap Delete.

Exit/close the settings App.

This will hopefully resolve the problem.
