iPhone Glass Back Shattered with MagSafe case on

Hello, my iPhone 13 Pro Max is still under warranty, obviously iPhone will not replace the back glass under warranty as it was my fault… (I was stupid and didn’t get Apple care) However I had the MagSafe case on and somehow the glass has still shattered :’(… Wondering if there’s anyway I can get this on warranty. Please help!
