Will I be able to charge my 1st gen AirPods Pro (A2083/A2084) in a 2nd gen AirPods Pro charging case (A2190) ?

The Tech Specs for each generation of AirPods Pro case doesn't mention being compatible with other AirPods Pro models. However, the case size is the same.
